  • LibasMahal reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers will be informed in case of order cancellation.

5. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders requiring advance payment will be processed only after payment confirmation.

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exchange requests will only be entertained for:

    • Size issues (subject to availability)

    • Damaged products

    • Wrong product received

  • Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the error was from our side.
